The 57.6m/189' motor yacht 'W' by the Dutch shipyard Feadship offers flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 cabins and features interior styling by English designer Bannenberg & Rowell.

From bow to stern, W is brimming with an fantastic array of social and dining areas, both inside and out, making her the ideal yacht for relaxing and entertaining whilst on charter. She has sensational features such as an elevator and gym.

Built in 2013, W offers guest accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising a master suite located on the main deck, one VIP cabin, two double cabins and one twin cabin. There are 8 beds in total, including 3 king, 1 queen and 4 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained including a gym with all the latest equipment to maintain your fitness routine. Sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

W benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter including an elevator, making any part of the yacht quickly and easily accessible. Take advantage of the on board Wi-Fi and stay connected at all times and guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles from her 104,000 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

W knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with an extensive selection of action packed water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Principle among these are two Laser sailboats to bring out the explorer in you. Also there are waterslides for hours of fun for all ages. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. If that isn't enough W also features a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment and much more. Charter yacht W’s awe-inspiring interior, designed by Bannenberg & Rowell with touches by A La Mer during her refit, boasts chic modern elegance with a relaxing ambiance. Guest will be captivated by the superyacht’s stunning use of wood and stylish furniture. Both the main salon and bridge deck offer guests excellent areas to gather socially as well as relax. The bridge deck has an impressive flexible dining space that blurs the lines between inside and out with fully retractable doors for indoor/outdoor dining.

Superyacht W welcomes up to 10 guests in the comfort of five sumptuous staterooms. The main deck master stateroom is a haven complete with its own private balcony. It is the perfect private retreat for morning coffee or a book. The expansive suite also features a lounge, a large walk-in closet with a dressing room, a plush king-size bed and a lavish en-suite bath. Below deck, the superyacht features two VIP staterooms with king beds and two convertible twin staterooms. An additional stateroom on the bridge deck can accommodate two guests on a queen murphy bed.

Featuring vast outdoor living areas, charter guests will enjoy living the alfresco lifestyle while aboard W. The superyacht’s 68-foot (21m) long sundeck is the hub of the yacht. Perfect for spending days soaking in the sunshine and relaxing, the sundeck features several sunbathing spaces, a large Jacuzzi, a shaded bar and alfresco dining. On both the bridge deck aft and main deck aft, charter yacht W showcases lounging areas ideal for socializing. • In 2023 the boat underwent its 10 year survey. All items per Lloyd’s protocol were inspected and signed off on. At present W has no deficiencies pending.
• Superyacht W underwent a 11-month refit in 2020 at Feadship, the Netherlands The foremost renewal activities included placing a larger Jacuzzi on the sun deck and implementing major modifications to the interior layout. An inspired improvement to the main deck lounge has fashioned a far more open and uniformed space, while the number of staterooms available has been increased from four to six. The former VIP stateroom on the lower deck has been converted back to the original design of two equal-sized and equally luxurious guest suites to port and starboard. A double Murphy bed has been installed in the bridge deck lounge, and the adjacent powder room refitted into a dedicated marble-clad bathroom for those times when the lounge is used as a suite for guests, who will enjoy the best of views as well as lots of space.
• The fine interior style developed by Bannenberg & Rowell Design in 2013 has been retained, complemented by various personal touches made by the owner together with Fort Lauderdale-based A La Mer, Inc. On the technical front, the starting point was to ensure that all major systems on W were dialed back to ‘zero time'. The wheelhouse on W has been given a comprehensive upgrade with all-new screens. All onboard lighting has been switched from halogen to LEDs, which necessitated the removal of all ceilings and relaying of all cabling. Many other smaller maintenance jobs were also carried out, from sprucing up areas of the bridge coloured by the sun to adding new glass inserts to all the interior cupboards.

The bridge deck has an impressive flexible dining space that blurs the lines between inside and out, with fully retractable doors for indoor/outdoor dining.

Superyacht W welcomes up to 10 guests in the comfort of five sumptuous staterooms. The main deck master stateroom is a haven complete with its own private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or reading. The expansive suite also features a lounge, a large walk-in closet with a dressing room, a plush king-size bed, and a lavish en-suite bath. Below deck, the superyacht features two VIP staterooms with king beds and two convertible twin staterooms. An additional stateroom on the bridge deck can accommodate two guests on a queen murphy bed.

Featuring vast outdoor living areas, guests will enjoy living the alfresco lifestyle while aboard W. The superyacht’s 68-foot (21m) long sundeck is the hub of the yacht, ideal for soaking in the sunshine and relaxation. $300M super yacht spotted in San Diego Bay: Who does it belong to?

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A one-of-a-kind super yacht was seen steaming into the San Diego Bay Thursday morning, but who does it belong to?

The San Diego Web Cam livestream caught the moment on video around 9 a.m., showing a 387-foot-long yacht making its way to America’s Finest City.

According to Marine Traffic , a website that tracks ships and vessels as they travel across the globe, the vessel’s name is LAUNCHPAD and is listed as “pleasure craft.”

After further investigation, it appears this specific super yacht was originally commissioned to Russian oligarch Vladimir Potanin, who was listed on multiple sanctions lists . It eventually left the Dutch shipyard it resided in when the sale to its news owner — an American — was approved.

According to Yacht World, the LAUNCHPAD sold for around $300 million. It’s rumored to boast features like a tennis court, a helicopter deck, a private cinema, a gym and deck jacuzzi. The yacht is likely able to host up to 24 guests.

So who is enjoying this luxury super yacht along the coast of San Diego? Here’s a hint: he’s behind the vision of what many now know as the “Metaverse.”

The LAUNCHPAD belongs to none other than Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg — the richest man in all of California and the fourth richest person on the globe, according to Forbes’ World’s Billionaires List .

Why Zuckerberg has ported in San Diego remains unknown, though you may want to keep an eye for a chance to see the mogul in person.

Anne Abaya snapped a photo and asked Hawaii News Now to find out more.

We confirmed the nearly 400-foot-long vessel is called the LIVA° .

Since last week, it’s been berthed at Pier 9, then Pier 2, and right now, it’s parked in front of Aloha Tower.

Reports say it’s owned by German-born, U.S. citizen billionaire Stephen Orenstein, who lives in Dubai.

He bought it for about $250 million and spends about $25 million a year to operate it.

No word on why the ship is here, or where it’s headed next.

Court Orders Carols Ghosn To Return Super Luxury Yacht And Pay $32M To Nissan, But He’s Totally Appealing

Former auto industry executive Carlos Ghosn has been ordered to return a luxury yacht and pay $32 million in damages to Nissan after a court in the British Virgin Islands ruled the businessman siphoned millions from the car manufacturer to buy the boat.

The 121-foot Custom Line Navetta 37 yacht built by Ferretti has seven bathrooms, five main cabins, and four crew cabins. The British Virgin Islands High Court ruled that $32 million flowed from Nissan’s CEO Reserve Fund through several intermediaries, including Nissan Middle East, into various entities controlled by Ghosn or his family members.

Auto News reports some of this money flowed to Shogun Investments, a Californian company owned by Ghosn, 70, and his son, while other funds went to Beauty Yachts Pty Ltd, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, to buy the yacht and have it registered in the name of Ghosn’s wife.

In ruling on the matter, High Court Judge Gerhard Wallbank said: “The sums paid away from Nissan/NME [Nissan Middle East] were for purposes other than the proper purposes of Nissan or NME; and the payments to Mr. Ghosn, Beauty Yachts and Shogun were made in order to benefit Mr. Ghosn or his nominees.”

Ghosn has denied wrongdoing and says he is “obviously appealing” the decision. Nissan has praised the court’s ruling, saying it validates its claims that Ghosn had misappropriated funds.

“This is a part of Nissan’s efforts to recover damages suffered due to Carlos Ghosn’s misconduct, including the misappropriation of Nissan’s assets and etc. through legal proceedings including lawsuits in Japan and overseas,” it said. “Nissan will continue such efforts to make Carlos Ghosn accountable for his misconduct.”

Ghosn is dealing with legal issues in several countries. Authorities in France allege he diverted millions of euros from Renault for his own personal gain through an auto distributor in Oman. Nissan has also filed a $102.5 million civil claim against him in a Japanese court.
