Noble House’s interior layout sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 rooms, including a master suite, 4 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 10 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. This impressive yacht comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.
A deck Jacuzzi is just perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while taking in the breath-taking views after a long day of exploration.
You’ll find Wi-Fi connection throughout, so you’ll be able to check emails or share your experience on social media. A gym onboard, equipped with the latest exercise equipment, means you’ll never miss a work out.

Motor yacht NOBLE HOUSE is available for a Mediterranean yacht charter in the summer or a Bahama yacht charter in the winter and spring. One of the very few superyachts built in New Zealand, a luxury yacht charter motor yacht NOBLE HOUSE affords guests the opportunity to enjoy the highest level of comfort and professional service.
Built by Sensation Yachts, the interiors of mega yacht NOBLE HOUSE have been designed by the renowned Francois Zuretti. The full-beam owner’s cabin is designed for comfort. Complete with a Super King bed, library, study, large walk-in wardrobe and His and Hers ensuite bath, the owner’s cabin is immense.
MASTER STATEROOM
The master stateroom features a large, marbled his and her ensuite with centerpiece double Jacuzzi. In addition, the ensuite has marble floors, there are marble vanities on either side, double-sized steam shower starboard, and toilet and Bidet to port.
FORMAL DINING SALON
The exquisite formal dining room lies adjacent to the large grand entrance on the main deck. The large 12-seat dining table provides elegant surroundings. Hand-crafted cabinets house all necessary crockery, cutlery, and glassware, and the substantial wine cellar thus ensures dining will certainly be an experience.
The main salon on this Bahama yacht charter boat is for formal, semi-formal, or relaxed use. There is substantial seating within the lounging area, where guests may enjoy relaxing. Moving aft past the lounge resides the baby black grand piano. Adjacent to the piano lays a fully-stocked bar and vast glass aft main doors.
The large sky lounge on this megayacht is a favorite area. The movie area seats 14 in oversize luxury seats to view the massive 50-inch pop-up plasma screen. As the screen pops up, blinds slowly come down over the huge windows, and lights dim automatically.
A feature S-shaped bar is near the movie area. It features a faux smashed glass top and marble counter. In addition, leatherbound swivel chairs.
The flybridge deck features a massive 8-person Jacuzzi with half bar, sun loungers, bar, and gym. The gym contains free weights, cycles, Bowflex, and a treadmill for the guests to exercise within air-conditioned luxury.
The VIP suite is a sumptuous-sized cabin with a queen bed and its own lounge. Complimented with a twin-marbled ensuite, one features a Jacuzzi and the other a double-sized marble walk-in shower.
ADDITIONAL GUEST STATEROOMS
In addition to the VIP and Master staterooms, Noble House accommodates a further four guest staterooms. Each room has a large wardrobe space and a generous marble ensuite with Jacuzzi. Three cabins are queens, and one suite is a twin.

Her interior is styled by French designer design house Zuretti and she was delivered to her owner in April 2005. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Overing Yacht Designs, LLC and she was last refitted in 2023.

Luxury Yacht 'Noble House'
Noble House is a superbly appointed luxury motor yacht by Sensation yachts of New Zealand. Noble House provides the most discerning charterer with a superb opportunity to sample utmost luxury and comfort and some of the best that yachting has to offer. Noble Houses interiors have been designed by the renowned Francois Zuretti. On deck she offers a area herringbone-styled teak laid deck which conveys an attractive background to the spacious sun lounging and alfresco dining options. Noble House also boasts a Spa Pool hot pool and a gym. Additional photography and details will be available shortly. At 174 ft, Noble House was built by Sensation Yachts and is one of the largest motor yachts to be constructed in New Zealand. The hull is manufactured from steel with an aluminum super structure adding stability and strength to the yacht, as well as reducing overall weight. The interior of Noble House has been designed with a subtle, understated theme. She features a combination of the timbers Anagre and Sappelle which complements the craft aesthetically and allows a feeling of freedom and tranquility for those on board. Natural light follows a spiral staircase from the flying bridge to the lower deck, a unique feature, adding a spatial ambience to the surrounding areas. The refined sophistication of the design and the superior level of craftsmanship will make this vessel a supreme accomplishment.

Luxury yacht Noble House offers the following extra amenities and 'toys': a 28' tender and a 17' tender, two wave runners, diving gear and compressor, snorkel gear, fishing equipment, various inflatable toys, a Spa Pool and gym on the sun deck, Sat TV/CD/DVD in all staterooms, and Satcom voice/data, a VHF and internet access.

Aeroyacht and our partners at McConaghy Boats recently delivered NOBLE HOUSE. She is a McConaghy 60 catamaran which will be enjoyed by an experienced sailing couple at the home port in Florida. NOBLE HOUSE has been ploughing the warm Floridian waters at double digit speeds and is being optimized for shorthanded cruising.
Unique features of the McConaghy range of catamarans include: lifting high-aspect ratio centerboards that automatically retract on impact, the largest all glass salon sliding doors in the industry and huge opening side windows. Instead of a separate cockpit the McConaghy invites the outside in. Steering is done from the Grand-Prix style flybridge, all push button of course.

Luxury Motor Yacht 'Noble House' Captain: Captain: Steve McDonald, Australia
Steve is a Master Mariner who has been working at sea for the past 31 years. Having sailed as a captain in the worldwide shipping industry he moved full time into the super yacht sector in 1990. He served as captain of the 136m Savarona, 117m Le Grand Bleu, 77m Samson, 81m Bart Roberts and has completed many refits and build projects. Steve has extensive cruising experience of the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian, Pacific, Arctic, Antarctic and South East Asian waters. Noble House Chief Engineer: Jim McCreery Qualifications: Y2 Chief Engineer (MCA) Date joined: April 2000 Jim has worked in the Engineering field since 1985 when he began his studies in his hometown of Perth, Western Australia. He has been a well-respected figure in the yachting industry for the last 10 years having worked on several notable yachts before becoming one of the first crew members to join the original Noble House. After only a few seasons on board, Jim was appointed Project Manager of the new build and journeyed south to Auckland. Although he enjoyed being land-based he was looking forward to life back on the water, and after the proud moment of her launching, Jim is very glad to be part of the onboard crew once more. First Officer: Robert Reed, American Rob brings a variety of experience to Noble House, having worked in the offshore oil industry. He is the yacht's resident fishing specialist. Chief Engineer: Jim McCreery An experienced Engineer, James has been working in the field since 1985, and has been involved with Noble House since the beginning of its build. He keeps the boat running beautifully from behind the scenes! 2nd Engineer: Bert Swanson, Australia One of the few Australians onboard, Bert assists Jim with all things mechanical. A former tractor mechanic he saw the ocean for the first time at 21 and hasn’t looked back since. When he does return home he enjoys greyhound racing and weekends at his lakefront house in Bonny-Doon. Chef: Mark South, Australia Mark came to Noble House from a number of well-respected charter yachts and with a great restaurant pedigree. Excursions to South-East Asia and Europe have seen him develop an eclectic range of cooking styles and a sharp wit. He is a keen surfer and diver
Chief Stewardess: Cindy Manning American, 28 years. With several years experience in the hospitality industry, Cindy joined the yacht at the beginning of our very busy Mediterranean season in 2006. Previously working in resorts and yachts as a chef, her strong food and beverage background is an asset in her current position as well as an ongoing passion. Her interests include reading, music, trekking, expanding her knowledge of wine and exploring the world.
Stewardess: Holley Draper, Australia Born and raised in Sydney Australia, Holley has a strong hospitality background from her work as a bartender, perfectly complemented by her degree in psychology. As a qualified yoga instructor she is keen on personal fitness and general well-being. Stewardess: Vanessa Stevens, South Africa Great with children, Vanessa studied childcare in university and au-paired in the United States. A native of South Africa she has worked on yachts since 2005 and enjoys all things aquatic, having swum competitively in her earlier years. Deckhand: Nathan Trousil, USA The resident American on board Nathan hails from Texas. Having served in the US Navy as a paramedic he has advanced medical knowledge and is a certified diving instructor. He enjoys dancing and boules.
Deckhand: Rich Homer, England A crew member for two years, Richard is well-travelled and has been places many of us have never heard of. (Scunthorpe, Rickmansworth, etc…) A sports enthusiast his interests include running, weight-lifting and endurance events.
Deckhand: Luke Henkel, Australia A recent addition to the crew, Luke is a qualified plumber. An avid surfer and general water sports enthusiast, he enjoys karaoke and entertaining the guests on the water.
