Our five Har-Tru® Courts are impeccably maintained and open day or night. Improve your game with a vast array of clinics, private or semi-private lessons, and take comfort in the knowledge that such a small number of residences means that a singles or doubles game is just a phone call away.

Pickleball is our newest amenity. A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. It is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.

Golf at Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club

A champion course of your own.

Our championship golf course is a challenging design of 6,922 yards. It winds through an atmosphere of graceful palm trees, oak hammocks and tropical flowering foliage. The Piper’s Landing course is impeccably maintained and offers six different tee boxes that never lose their allure. As a Resident Member Only Club, you can be assured of a tee time that works for you. In reality, Piper’s has been designed to feel like a course made just for you!

COURSE HISTORY

Established in the early-80’s and originally designed by “Gentleman Joe Lee”, our course was most recently redesigned by Gene Bates.

Keeping in mind the natural marsh and wildlife preserves, both of these architects carved a truly unique 18-hole experience. The course offers a variety of challenges against a backdrop of flowing lakes and undulating fairways.

The Mill River Plan is available to members and their guests, allowing a considerable discount on all merchandise. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our staff is always happy to place a special order.

If tennis is your game, there is no club better than Piper’s Landing and no time better than now! Pickleball is our newest amenity for our Racquet Sports Program.

HAR-TRU COURTS

There is an active tennis program at Piper’s that is social and competitive fun for all levels.

Piper’s has 5 Har-tru courts and is considered to have the best on the Treasure Coast. Our center court is well lit and available for evening matches and professional exhibitions.

Our naturally protected hurricane basin provides easy access to the Atlantic Ocean. The 49-slip marina accommodates 25-85 foot yachts and offers 24/7 security.

PRIVATE MARINA

Set sail from the waters of our naturally protected yacht basin. Boating at Piper’s Landing is in a class all by itself. The private marina, located just off the South Fork of the St. Lucie River, is protected by mangroves and other natural plant life. It is the perfect hurricane hole. Cruising is unlimited. You can go North, South, East or West using the St. Lucie River, Indian River and of course, the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful Bahama Bank is only 58 nautical miles from our docks.

The spotlight is on Canadian golf this week for the Presidents Cup. Royal Montreal Golf Club , perhaps the oldest club in North America, moved to its current location in Ile Bizard, four miles west of Montreal, in 1959, and hired Dick Wilson to design its Blue and Red courses. Royal Montreal has been a regular host on the international stage for the Presidents Cup and the Canadian Open, but when it comes to the best Canadian golf courses, there are more courses worth exploring.

Golf Digest's ranking of the 30 best courses in Canada was determined by Golf Digest's 100 Greatest panelists, which consists of our 1,900 well-traveled amateur golfers across the United States and Canada—across 10 years worth of data. Golf Digest's panelists score courses on the following criteria: Shot Options, Challenge, Layout Variety, Aesthetics, Conditioning and Character. Our new ranking will be released next spring, so we'll see if Royal Montreal moves up after the spotlight this year. (Note: This ranking was published in 2022.)
