The Bayside Pavilion at Safe Harbor South Bay provides an ideal setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, community functions, business meetings and family gatherings. The spacious, waterfront venue is bustling with activity and includes picturesque views of the South Bay and serves up some of the best sunsets in San Diego County!

Capable of hosting events that are small intimate gatherings or events up to 150 people, the Bayside Pavilion provides fabulous ambiance with ample parking steps away from the entrance of the facility. This unique DIY venue provides tables and chairs while the host provides the rest with an all-day rental to ensure ample time to set up and enjoy.

Natural Wildlife Preserve

Make the most of a beautiful day with a visit to Bayside Park. Hang out on the sandy beach overlooking the San Diego skyline, walk or bike down one of the many winding paths, or fish off the pier. One of the biggest perks about Safe Harbor South Bay is the privacy of its location. Skip the traffic and head south of the Coronado Bridge to find us — and your happy place — on the water.

Third Avenue Village

Located in Chula Vista’s historic west end, Third Avenue Village is a popular destination for a unique shopping and dining experience. Browse the eclectic shops and boutiques, or sit down to dine at one of the many fabulous restaurants. If you’re in the mood for a cold drink, make a pit stop at one of the Village’s many bars, breweries, and alehouses. Be sure to check in on the latest happenings before your visit to catch one of the many live events hosted throughout the year.

Bayfront Park

Spend a beautiful day outdoors surrounded by expansive views of the South Bay at the picturesque Bayfront Park. Boaters can take advantage of the public ramp for an afternoon of cruising or fishing and there are plenty of picnic tables for sharing a meal waterside. Leashed dogs are permitted here, so don’t hesitate to bring along your four-legged friends to join in the fun.

The Bayshore Walkway

Cruise down palm-tree-lined paths of San Diego’s coastline on the incredible 24-mile long Bayshore Bikeway. With unobstructed views and plenty of interesting stops along the way, it’s one of the best ways to explore the city while getting in some good exercise in the sunshine. If you didn’t bring your own set of wheels, there are plenty of bicycle rentals near the trail to outfit your whole crew.

The Galley at the Marina
