This tour is not suited for expecting mothers, those prone to motion sickness, any past or existing back/neck injuries, recent surgeries or serious health concerns. All boat tours have a tendency to be quite bouncy.

Join us for a day of fun & excitement as we journey to the Na Pali Coast on board, ‘Imiloa, our 40-foot Express Catamaran. Built for speed, one of the fastest ways to get to the Na Pali. Along the way experience the beauty of Kauai & encounter marine life. Bottle-nose & spinner dolphins skim the bow throughout the day. Our friendly staff will share the history & legends of the Na Pali while sightseeing lush Valleys, Sea caves, and waterfalls! Be prepared to have fun & get wet! Conditions permitting, we will stop for a quick dip to either swim or snorkel. You will be equipped with gear and instructions. Picnic lunch & soft drinks will be provided and after water sports, Beer, Wine & Mai Tai’s will be served.

Cancellation Policy

To modify, reschedule, or cancel ANY tour and receive a full refund, YOU MUST CALL within the following timeframes:

24 Hours prior to tour check-in for parties of 1-4 passengers; 72 Hours prior to tour check-in for parties of 5-9 passengers; 7 Days prior to tour check-in for parties of 10 and more passengers; 30 Days prior to tour check-in for Exclusive Private Charters. No shows are charged 100%. No refunds for non-disclosure of health concerns. Tours canceled by KST due to foul weather, equipment, or safety concerns, are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.

For cancellations due to a Positive Covid-19 Test, a 50% refund will be issued for the individual positive person, not the entire party, or a Gift Certificate for the full tour amount, good for 18 months after the date of the tour.

In order to receive a 50% refund or Gift Certificate, Kauai Sea Tours requires proof of Positive Covid-19 Test from a Certified Hawaii State Testing Facility (sorry, no home tests accepted). Positive Test Results must be DATED WITHIN 12 hours of the tour.The Na Pali Coast & or Water sports are not a guarantee.

What to bring or wear

Bathing suits, light cover-up, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Plan on getting wet. Wonderful ride!

Breathtaking views of the coast. An informative talk about Hawaiian history as we went alpine. Snorkelling was great. Spinner dolphins were cool and the fast trip back was just wonderful fun! Captain and crew were so hospitable and friendly. So worth it!

Perfect Birthday Experience!

Captain Sky was amazing! Humor, knowledgeable and kept us safe! Crew was very attentive. My daughters 12th birthday was special with sighting of dolphins playing and showing off for us twice! Sky stopped for us to take pics! Our grandma felt safe sitting and enjoying the views. We snorkeled and loved the up close fish. No sea turtles this trip but the dolphins made up for that! The coast was amazing, music on the boat from Disney to rock and luau made it fun! I tend to get motion sickness and even though I took meds halfway I got it. The crew had buckets and ice water checking on me and I got a good tan laying it out ha! Still would recommend everyone try it at least once! Boats on the water are simply amazing experiences! Great job Kauai Tours!

Relaxing music, complimentary beer, wine and mai tais; casual dinner provided. You’ll be entertained with Hawaiʻian stories by your captain and waited on hand and foot by our amazing crew. Tour includes dinner and drinks along with quality snorkeling gear.  Snorkel if you choose or just hang out in paradise.

Passenger safety is top priority. This tour is not suited for Expecting Mothers, those with bad backs, shoulders, knees, or hips, anyone who has recently undergone any surgeries, and those with mobility limitations. All passengers must be suited for possible rough waters and able to hold on and move about the vessel without concern. Children must be over the age of 3 years old. Sorry, there is no smoking permitted on the vessel, on the pier, or near the office per state law. Facial masks are required at all times. All activities are conditions permitting with the Captain’s discretion. The Na Pali Coast is not a guarantee. Tours may reroute due to ocean conditions.

All snorkeling passengers will be required to have the upper body strength to pull themselves out of the water with a small marine ladder. Passengers who exceed 250 pounds are more at risk if a snorkeling incident occurs. Crew members may have difficulty getting said passengers back onboard.

Ren was an amazing captain and we had a blast on this trip. We had everything from pouring rain, wind, fog and sun. The crew made the entire trip fun and comfortable. The Ná Pali Coast was magical and because we were in a zodiac with a skilled captain, we were able to get in close, even tucking into one of the caves (quite a feat in January!). We did not get to snorkel due to the wind but we did get up close to dolphins and humpback whales. I would highly recommend Ren and her mate if you want adventure along the Na’ Pali Coast. If you do book this excursion, don’t forget to tip the captain! These are highly skilled people.

• Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. Powered catamarans give you a more comfortable ride than rafts, but also travel faster than sailing catamarans so that you can cover more ocean territory in less time. The two options on this page have different lengths, with the longer one adding a second destination. Holoholo Charters offers a Niihau Snorkel Tour which is often referred to as the "Super Tour." The morning starts early, and the vessel cruises the Na Pali Coast for sightseeing and photography. They then cross the channel to the Forbidden Island of Niihau. On the channel crossing it is common to encounter large marine mammals like pilot whales, melonhead whales, bottlenose dolphins, and humpback whales in season. Upon arrival to Niihau waters the tour snorkels at one or two select sites along the wall of a large volcnic caldera islet called "Lehua." Water clarity in this area leads to pristine snorkeling. One of the sites is the entrance of a sea cave, and the day I snorkeled here on this tour I saw a monk seals swimming with me in the entrance. The afternoon return to Kauai can be windy ... this channel crossing is the most challenging part of the trip and is not the best choice for those who are susceptible to motion sickness.

The other option here, Blue Ocean Adventures powered catamaran does a traditional Na Pali Coast snorkeling and sightseeing itinerary. It's a fun boat with a waterslide and the lunch menu is great!

Kauaʻi can be hit or miss when it comes to visibility. Due to the abundance of waterfalls, when we have heavy rains in the mountains, the freshwater has a tendency to make the water murky. Nature will deal from its deck your paradise card: awe-inspiring, fresh rain-fueled waterfalls or pristine snorkeling conditions. In either case, your Captain will either find a location with better visibility or guide you along an equally incredible journey.
