Very satisfied. It works well.
I really like this light. It is very bright and performs like a stern light should plus it is led so it has a low current draw and stays cool to the touch. The pole feels very solid. It has some give but not enough to whip around, just enough to take some shock so that it won't break. I really like the plug though...it is a guitar/amp style with a good locking mechanism. It can be inserted and removed in any orientation. The price is good too...all of the cheap metallic/plastic Attwood and such lights that are led and 48" or taller are all similar in price. This only comes in as a little more expensive because the base is a little more and isn't universal.
My single complaint so far is that I have yet to find a way to securely store it. My boat is an open 1648 flatbottom so I lack carpeted hatches to store the light. The pole is too small of a diameter to fit into any surface mount clips I have found too. Right now it is in a web mounted to the rear bench which is OK but not as secure as I would like. Most fisherman with larger, carpeted boats probably would have this problem though so no need to dock it any stars.
Shipping and product were all good. After I broke this light, they graciously offered to send a replacement. It has been 3 weeks and still no replacement.
