The second of the 37.17-meter numarine 37xp series has been delivered to her american owners and renamed chapter 3. the yacht is currently cruising on her maiden voyage to southern turker and the owners will be onboard through until the end of july..

The yacht CHAPTER 3 features exterior design from Can Yalman, while her naval architecture comes from the boards of Umberto Tagliavini – Marine Design & Services. Able to accommodate as many as 12 guests between six staterooms, the tri-deck yacht has an interior volume of 345 GT.

Mr. Ali Tanir, Head of International Sales at Numarine commented, “To be able to deliver a 37XP on schedule during these supply chain problems all around the world was a great success. I would like to thank all Numarine family for their efforts on production and delivery period. This 37XP will be the first hull for the US waters and her sisterships will be delivered in coming two years.”

Denison broker Alex G. Clarke added, “Numarine has successfully delivered another hull in their 37XP series to be named Chapter 3. This is the first of 5 37XPs sold by Denison to American clients that will be delivered in the coming 2 years.”

She will debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2022 in September.

Numarine’s 37-Metre Luxury Yacht Makes Exploring the Globe Smooth Sailing

Turkish shipyard Numarine has been attracting a lot of interest in yachting circles recently on the strength of several exciting new launches, including its brilliant 37XP series designed by Can Yalman. The second vessel in this new line, the just-launched, 37XP Chapter 3 , proved one of the highlights of the recent Cannes Yachting Festival, offering an opportunity for a close-up look at Numarine’s take on global cruising.

Numarine offers a range of explorer yachts from 19 to 45 metres in length, all balancing luxury and capability. Buyers of these vessels are more interested in activity than lying in the sun, and that preference is reflected in Chapter 3 ’s beach club arrangement: a comfortable L-shaped lounge partially inside the boat faces out to an extended sun deck that lowers from the stern and has a removable boarding ladder. But clearly, the emphasis is on the interior accommodation in a yacht designed to travel far and wide exploring the most remote corners of the Earth’s oceans.

Up the stairs at each side of the platform, the cockpit enjoys the overhead protection of an extended hardtop. An inviting, forward-facing settee topped with a spacious sun pad provides opulent relaxation for a small group, along with plenty of space to set a freestanding table for dining al fresco. Carefully executed overhead lighting keeps the space bright and inviting without getting in the eyes or diminishing the views of distant shorelines.

Continuing forward takes guests into the main deck salon, where facing sofas and free-standing chairs create a warm living space surrounded by large windows that yield 360-degree views. The tasteful decor feels familiar but captivating, without a hint of the pretention occasionally witnessed in such modern designs. Rather, it feels like an intimate space for kicking back with family on a Sunday morning.

Built for an American client, Chapter 3 has a North American flavour with its bold yet tasteful interior decor. Strong lines, primary colours, and a range of textures—including wood accents and glossy marble—give Chapter 3 a distinctly coastal feel. Innovative lighting encircling the ceiling warms interiors with flattering indirect illumination, while large windows flood interior spaces with natural light and fresh air, creating an inviting and calming environment at sea.

Ahead of the salon, the primary dining space is neatly set apart from the main living area with a waist-high divider at the forward end of the starboard-side L-shaped settee, the ship’s distinctive overhead lighting, and a jaw-dropping dining table. Floor-to-ceiling windows can be opened to provide pass-through ventilation, and their adjacency to the promenade encourages an after-dinner stroll.

Guest accommodations are one deck below, where a mix of VIP and twin cabins provide a range of sleeping options, each served by a spacious and well-appointed ensuite. A total of 12 guests can be accommodated in six suites, each furnished with the latest audiovisual gear for late-night entertainment.

On the yacht’s upper deck, the full-beam owner’s suite stands apart with its island queen bed complete with integrated side tables and reading lamps. Inviting chaise longues either side are ideal spots to awaken slowly with morning coffee while admiring the views outside the suite’s enormous privacy glass windows. A spacious ensuite with his-and-hers sinks, a huge shower, and a bathtub complete the space.

Aft of the owner’s suite, a very large open deck can be used for sunning or, more typically, as a space to stow expedition gear, including the tender. With Chapter 3 ’s full walk-around promenade, the owner’s suite enjoys access to its own private sunning space forward, with multiple lounging options.

According to Numarine, Chapter 3 can reach a top speed in the range of 14 knots and, befitting a true explorer yacht, enjoys a range of 6,000 nautical miles, about 11,000 kilometres, when travelling at a more leisurely eight knots. That’s legs enough to travel nonstop from Vancouver to Fiji or from Montreal to Rhodes without once having to pull over and find a gas station.

If you missed Chapter 3 in Cannes, the vessel is scheduled to make an appearance at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in late October as part of Numarine’s collaboration with Denison Yachts. Denison, of course, will be more than happy to take your order for your own 37-metre explorer yacht, and after a walk-through of this delightful vessel, no doubt one or two people will be inspired to do just that.

NEXT CHAPTER provides six luxurious staterooms for up to 13 guests. Her main deck, full beam, split level Master ensuite with panoramic views, observation area and private study is one of the many highlights of NEXT CHAPTER. Her VIP ensuite is located on the bridge deck followed by two queen staterooms, two twin staterooms, and one pullman bed as required on the lower deck. All staterooms are equipped with iPad and Plex television, offering Satellite TV. Entering the stunning master ensuite, you walk through the private study then to the master stateroom passing the King bed that faces the TV in a central cabinet. The stairs leading to the observation lounge has white marble columns with braided rope paneling. His and her ensuites have jet tubs and glass showers. The VIP ensuite is located on the bridge deck near the sky lounge. The ensuite is shared with the sky lounge and has breathtaking shower views. Décor in the accommodation is just as palatial as the social areas, with all new bed linen, beautiful joinery, high ceilings and ample space for storage. The sky lounge area is used as the family television/game area. With two long couches to port in white plus four bucket chairs to starboard around an ottoman, it’s a comfortable place to relax in the evening. A Scrabble table with upholstered chairs is to starboard. The room has light brown mahogany paneling, white ceiling indentation with indirect lighting. The sky lounge opens onto an enormous bridge aft deck with a long varnished dining table that can seat up to 12 guests. Two L-shaped settees are in blue. Chapter 3 Yacht For Sale

CHAPTER 3, the 2022 Numarine 37XP is the client's second Numarine having previously owned a 32XP and this experience went into assuring all of the design features onboard met the needs of their family.

CHAPTER 3 is an extremely capable 345 GRT full displacement explorer yacht that has a steel hull & composite superstructure. She has a 4,500nm+ range at cruise speeds and has the ability to carry a massive amount of toys & tenders on her boat deck thanks to a 3 ton davit and endless open deck-space.

She sleeps up to 14 guests in 6 cabins including a private master's deck on the upper level, spacious VIP forward on the main deck which could double as a second master and down below in the guest accommodations are 4 additional cabins two of which have pulman berths.

One of the more popular features onboard and a family favorite is the cinema room located in the aft port section of lower deck.

Crew accommodations include a captain's cabin on the upper deck located off the wheelhouse, crew mess and 3 double cabins on the lower level that sleep 6 and then an adjacent bonus room is home to the expansive laundry facility, additional refrigeration/freezer space, and an extra crew berth with full bath.

Stepping into the main salon and walking the guest corridor on the lower level really showcases how massive the Numarine 37XP is coming in at 345 gross tons. The salon can easily seat up to 12 and the dining arrangements on each deck allow all the guests to join around the table unlike some layouts that always seem to be a few chairs short.

Off the formal dining forward in the main deck is the galley located to port. From here you have direct access to crew which you can also access from the lower guest areas allowing for the crew to easily get to heads & beds without interfering with the guests onboard.

Forward on the main deck is where you would typically find the master cabin, but in this case its the VIP. Due to the plumb bow and hull design this cabin benefits from large windows allowing endless natural light to flood the space.

Continuing to the upper deck you have that private owner's suite complete with en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and expansive sleeping accommodations with a center line king bed, vanity, and sitting area.

The wheelhouse has forward raked windows allowing for great visibility and the captain's cabin is located off to port.

The exterior deck spaces are also what set the Numarine 37XP apart from the competition. CHAPTER 3 has exterior dining both on the main deck back aft & sundeck. She has spacious lounge pads on the main deck aft overlooking the garage/beach club area which has custom toy storage, half bath, and custom storage room with an added washer/dryer and designated AC system for her shore-power converters. Forward on the bow are additional lounge pads, pop-up table and sitting area.

The bow also has a huge forepeak complete with full size refrigerator freezer, storage for spare parts, lines & deck equipment, the fire system crash pump and chain lockers. Its an extremely useful space for the crew.

CHAPTER 3 is currently completing her annual maintenance and is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She represents one of the best values in this segment of the market.
