Scituate Harbor Yacht Club (SHYC) is located in Scituate, Massachusetts, twenty miles southwest of Boston. Incorporated in 1940, SHYC is a private, family-centered club with an emphasis on the enjoyment of competitive and recreational sailing, tennis and swimming. The Labrador commercial fishing vessel is perfect for in-shore and off-shore fishing and lobstering; you’ll be able to fish tuna, shark, cod, striped bass, and haddock. The vessel cruises at 17 knots and has a 325-hp Volvo Penta diesel engine. Peace ‘N Quiet Sailing Charters
Right in Scituate Harbor you’ll find the Peace ‘N Quiet Sailing Charters. Within this charter, book two, four, or six-person cruises in the afternoon or evening. Witness the amazing views of the Scituate Coast and breathe in the sea salt air.
Father and son duo Phil and Victor began this business in the summer of 2020. Phil has over 40 years of sailing experience while Victor has his own experience and interest in marketing. Scituate Launch EZ Rider/Cedar Point
This launch service in Scituate Harbor provides transportation out to moorings, and transient moorings, and offers harbor cruises. Run by Fran McMillen for over 30 years, this charter service is the dependable and reliable launch service for Scituate Harbor. Additionally, it is home to the “Tag-A-Long Tour;” anyone who has an interest in tagging along on regular trips can also enjoy a 15 and 20-minute ride around the harbor.
