Project NATURE // Sinot

Sinot exclusive yacht design comes up with a new 120m project called nature.

Project NATURE features a panorama deck with an enormous size of 900+ sqm and a fully functional inner garden with a climate control system. Another fine place should be the observation lounge in the bow. The yacht has a beam of about 15m but the aft area of the main deck has retractable platforms to open the beach club. That must be the most ultimate beach club area to date.

NATURE is a showcase project. Price can be calculated with the designer and a high-end shipyard.

“Nature is all about balance: between technology and nature, natural and artificial light, crafted detail and natural grandeur, the inside and the outside, beauty and functionality, openness and privacy. Nature is above all functional, which enables the owner to enjoy both leisure and business, large parties and privacy, small trips and endless journeys.”

Guests can find their sleeping places in eight staterooms and VIP cabins. Or they can enjoy a luxurious Spa deck, gym, and swimming pool. For the fun outside of the yacht, the tender and toy storage has a number of boats:

The brilliant team from Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design has just revealed a new incredible project called Nature , a futuristic 120 meter-long yacht concept that might have Kevin Costner begging for a Waterworld sequel.

This fully customizable design shows off a holistic approach to nature and sailing, which is to say this vessel was imagined for rich folk who dream about enjoying luxury on the open seas, without feeling the guilt or remorse of damaging our planet.

The groundbreaking vessel before you was meant to be a platform for experiencing the natural world, featuring garden and observatory decks on board. I have to admit, those striking exterior lines seem to contrast with the overall theme and name of this vessel, but they will be surely appreciated by just about anyone.

The lush garden on board benefits from state-of-the-art climate control technology, while the upper deck observatory allows passengers to enjoy unique and memorable views the open waters. Two levels with floor-to-ceiling windows eliminate all borders between man and nature, allowing an overwhelming sense of bonding with nature.

Amenities aboard include eight luxurious state and VIP rooms and, a spectacular owner’s suite, and many other bespoke features, like a cool spa deck, with a lovely gym and swimming pool. Building luxurious yachts with nature in mind seems like the proper way to go, although it might seem a bit discriminatory to allow only those of us with deep pockets to enjoy the good life and save the planet in the process.

Located near the stern of the lower deck, Nature’s state-of-the-art design allows for a unique transformation of the ships morphing architectural shape. By expanding the stern and side hatches, along with extending the roof hatches, a vast open pool area is created to provide ample space for both relaxation and entertaining. Whether you’re looking to soak up a few sunrays or simply need an area for hosting your cocktail party, the central pool and retractable side terraces offer the perfect opportunity to take advantage of Nature’s exquisite amenities. Furthermore, the aforementioned sea-level pool extends towards the bow of the ship ending in a waterfall of fragranced droplets to create a serene atmosphere otherwise unfamiliar to most yacht owners. Complimented with only the finest outdoor furniture available on the market, Nature’s outdoor exterior space is sure to impress anyone looking for that extra layer of luxury.

Building on the ideology that comfort should always remain at the forefront of design, Nature’s laundry list of amenities also includes an immaculate day spa and full-size gym for additional convenience and to provide a total workout solution for the mind, body, and soul. Complete with plunge pool, sauna, and hammam, the spa offers everything one needs to enjoy a day of pure relaxation aboard this impressive home away from home. Sinot reveals 120m superyacht concept ‘Nature’

Dutch design house, Sinot has unveiled a 120m superyacht concept named ‘Nature’. According to her designers, the full-custom project aims to put experiencing the natural world at the epicentre of yachting, utilising striking design features and modern technology for an elaborate concept.

Known for its extravagant projects, Sinot’s latest design reveals a functional and luxurious vessel meant for retreats on the open sea. The profile draws inspiration directly from nature, with geometric lines and shapes, as well as large areas of glass, demonstrated by the upper-deck conservatory at her bow, which features two floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a unique viewing platform of the surrounding ocean.

The ship has a crew capacity of 50, and can hold 18 guests spread across eight staterooms and VIP cabins. The owner’s suite features a unique detail; an inner garden visible through a glass wall, complete with state-of-the-art climate control technology for cultivating luscious flora.

Amenities also include a spa deck, gym and swimming pool situated at sea level.

Dubbed Nature, the yacht offers a new perspective on yachting that transcends the traditional parameters of status and grandeur. The carefully-designed spaces, the interplay between natural and artificial light, and the pure materials and surfaces combine to create a new world that represents all the good we recognize from nature. The yacht features luxurious state and VIP rooms, a strikingly spacious Owner’s room, luxurious Spa deck, gym, swimming pool at sea level, and the spectacular circular staircase, winding from the Owner’s deck up to the 900sqm+ Panorama deck.

The Owner’s state room features fully-functional Inner Garden, equipped with state-of-the-art climate control technology. It can be adjusted to different app-controlled moods, created using a range of light settings, mist dispensers and water features. Everything in the Owner’s state room is completely custom designed and meticulously crafted from the finest and most precious natural materials.

Netherlands-based Sinot Yacht Design has recently introduced a concept of a 120-metre nature-inspired superyacht. Referencing the firm’s holistic approach to design, the vessel allows passengers to experience the natural world while sailing on the high seas. 

Featuring enough space for a small navy fleet, the vessel includes a climate-controlled interior garden and an observation deck. In addition to a stunning owner’s room, ‘Nature’ can comfortably accommodate 18 guests in eight state and VIP rooms and carry a crew of 18.

Amongst her highlights are a swimming pool equipped with night lights and impressive waterfall installation, the entire construction is located on the same level as the sea. It's spectacular conception features two floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an incredible outlook for those on-board. 

This follows Sinot introducing an  80m concept named Zen  in cooperation with Feadship.

All superyachts have a story to tell. In the case of Sinot ’s new concept Poetry, it’s a beautiful epic centered around discerning seafarers.

To that end, Poetry is less like a traditional superyacht and more an elegant, modern home. Sinot opted to move the wheelhouse from the highest deck to a more functional spot at the bow to create a private area for the owner. As a result, the owner’s suite spans the entire upper deck.

Elsewhere, Poetry sports four generous staterooms and two VIPs that can sleep up to 12 guests, along with 21 double crew cabins, four officer cabins and a captain’s cabin that can collectively accommodate 47 crew.

Other highlights of the interior include a large multimedia cinema to facilitate movie nights, an exploration room in which you can charter routes with the captain and a wellness area with a hammam, a sauna, a gym, a beauty salon and a massage area.

Poetry’s exterior is equally impressive. The main deck aft is fitted with a sizable alfresco dining area that flows seamlessly into a picturesque infinity pool. A few more steps down, you’ll find the beach club and a swim platform that offers direct access to the ocean. Another standout is Poetry’s sea pool, which is created by lowering one of the hatches under the sea level, extending a filtering bulwark and allowing the fresh, saltwater to flood the space.

Suffice it to say, Poetry offers a good amount of grunt, too. With a sleek hull and aerodynamic lines, the vessel can reportedly cruise for up to 4,500 nautical miles at 12 knots and hit 17.5 knots at full tilt. She is, of course, equipped with a generous garage that can hold two limousine tenders, five wave runners and a range of other water toys.

Known for the tranquil escapes offered by its luxurious sanctuaries, Aman will be welcoming guests on board the Aman at Sea 50-suite motor yacht, expected to begin itineraries in 2027.

Upon signing a joint venture contract with Cruise Saudi's Managing Director, Mr Fawaz Farooqui, and a ship building contract with Italian shipbuilder T. Mariotti S.p.A at the end of 2023, the Aman luxury motor yacht build is designed to deliver the ultimate luxury cruise experience.

Aman Chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin commented, “With 35 hotels, resorts, and branded residences across 20 destinations, Aman at Sea marks a new direction for the brand and the chance to bring Aman’s exceptional design, which is integral to the brand’s ethos, into an entirely new setting.” Additional remarks addressed the significance of the contract as an exciting milestone in Aman’s partnership with T. Mariotti.

Financing and Overseeing The Build

Financing granted by a pool led by Intesa Sanpaolo and coordinated by Nanni Grazzini has been arranged. A sponsor of the Made in Italy campaign and an industrial powerhouse in business since 1928, Mariotti is a strong contributor to the growth of the city of Genoa, a center of maritime business.

Jonathon Wilson has been selected to lead the development and implementation of the yacht with the title of Chief Executive Officer of Aman at Sea. Wilson is expected to work closely with Doronin to ensure appropriate brand connection.

The yacht will measure 600 feet (183 meters) and will be the first dual fuel powered new build for Mariotti, employing marine diesel oil and methanol propulsion systems. The systems will emphasize Aman’s commitment to sustainability while enhancing the on-board experience for guests.

Laying The Keel

In July, 2024, the Aman at Sea ceremonial keel laying was held at the T. Mariotti San Giorgio di Nogaro, Italy shipyard. Wilson was joined by Marco Ghiglione, CEO of T. Mariotti, to watch the 200-ton steel block as it was lowered into place. As per tradition, newly minted coins were placed on the steel, ensuring good luck for the vessel’s future.

Ghiglione announced, “Laying the keel of the world’s most luxurious yacht brings to life the ambitions design our team has produced with their efforts so far.”

Boats Currently Serving Aman Resorts

Many Aman properties are nestled close to beautiful water, boasting Aman watercraft appropriate to the environment. None, however posh, quite approach the level of space and luxury planned for Aman at Sea.

Amandira, a custom-built, two-masted 170-foot (52-meter) Phinisi sailing and diving vessel is the privilege of ten guests inhabiting five spacious cabins served by 14 crew comprised of two chefs, a dive master, and massage therapist. Outfitted with indoor and outdoor lounging and dining areas, a TV, and a library, the yacht is geared toward water adventure, culinary excellence, and a high level of service. Secretive 78m Admiral flagship delivered and en route to Tunisia

The 78-metre Admiral superyacht Platinum has been delivered. She has departed the shipyard's facilities in Marina di Carrara, Italy and is now en route to the port city of Bizerte in Tunisia, according to BOATPro . The yacht will be making her debut at this year's Monaco Yacht Show .

Platinum is the largest superyacht to be launched by Admiral and has been kept firmly out of the spotlight since construction began in 2019. Exterior design is credited to Igor Lobanov and is characterised by soft lines and sculptural overhangs.

Exclusive imagery revealed in August 2024 shows off a host of amenities across her four decks, including an infinity pool on the aft deck, a helipad and a rounded bar on the sundeck. 

Her undisclosed interiors are owed to Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design , while naval architecture has been completed by Azure Yacht Design and Naval Architecture .

Specs are unconfirmed but she is expected to have a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14.5 knots.

This Italian shipyard recently shared its new Admiral Quaranta model with BOAT International. The first unit was sold in May 2024, with highlights that include an aluminium hull for minimised fuel consumption and a flexible internal layout typical of yachts 20 metres longer.
