Adopting technology that has become widespread in real estate and construction, Matterport’s digital views capture the complete yacht from bow to stern and offer an engaging and realistic viewing experience that puts users onboard, no matter where in the world they are.

The digital replicas allow owners or potential buyers to experience the spaces aboard a yacht – the sweep of a horizon, the curve of a staircase, the view from the master cabin – with a whole-boat perspective that far surpasses that offered by traditional static photography, conventional models or renderings, or single point of view video tours.

KIAM is a beautiful and well-equipped Beneteau Oceanis 60. She is the flagship of the Oceanis line from Beneteau. Fitted with many popular options and upgrades, KIAM is well-positioned and ready for her next owner to cruise.

Some of her many options include the shoal draft keel, full canvas, full teak decks, brand new aluminum RIB dinghy and outboard, two life rafts, separate crew quarters accessible from the deck, a full suite of top-of-the-line B&G electronics, bow thruster, electric winches, and composite helm wheels. You can walk the decks without taking a step on dozens of yachts for sale, at your leisure or with an expert broker leading the tour, sharing their knowledge and fielding your questions.

Whether on-screen or using a VR headset for the fully immersive experience, these tours enable you to navigate your way through every guest space on every deck, inside and out. This means you can appreciate the spaces for yourself, how they flow together, the interior design, what facilities there are, what features you might want to add and where you could add them, and how well the yacht has been looked after.

While you are free to tour the yacht on your own, we strongly recommend a broker-led tour. The broker knows the yacht inside and out as they have been on board and have access to our global yacht database. Virtual Tour of Amels Superyacht 'Here Comes The Sun'

A virtual tour and previously unseen images have been released of the 83m/272ft motor yacht ‘Here Comes the Sun’ , revealing what it’s like inside a superyacht that costs more than a million euros to charter each week.

The largest Amels superyacht to date, Here Comes The Sun has been one of the most exciting launches of 2017 so far and, after joining the global charter fleet at the end of March, is one of the most impressive yachts on the entire charter market.

She is her owner’s fourth yacht, all of which have been named after famous tracks from The Beatles. These include the 47m/157ft motor yacht ‘Let It Be’ from Heesen and the 66m/215ft IMAGINE, a fellow Amels build.

Available from €1,200,000 per week plus expenses, Here Comes The Sun is reserved for only the most exclusive guests but, thanks to the release of a virtual tour, a closer look can be taken of both her luxurious deck areas and her exquisite interior designed by Winch Design.

As the tour unveils, the renowned British Design Studio has created a unique, contemporary interior defined by pale woodwork, a colour palette of sort corals and browns, and the extensive use of rare and beautiful materials for a truly spectacular finish.

Among the highlights is an expansive master stateroom, which spans across the forward section of the master deck. Sliding doors on each side of the suite allow natural light to flood inside and the principal charterer is treated to incredible ocean vistas.

The remaining nine staterooms can be taken in too. These include two VIP suites, two VIP suites which can transform into four cabins and three additional cabins. No staterooms are on the lower deck, meaning no guest goes without natural light.

Also wowing is the huge main salon, where a sumptuous seating area is joined by a handsome piano and sleek bar, while aft is circular dining area flanked by a curved glass door for an indoor-outdoor dining experience.

Not to be forgotten is the beautiful beach club equipped with a lounge area and bar to starboard, which leads to a drop-down side terrace where guests can get close to the water without disturbing those accessing the extensive water toy collection from the huge swim platform aft.

There is even a wellness and spa centre here, with a gymnasium equipped with Technogym equipment to port. This section also benefits from a drop-down terrace, so after a hard work out, guests can take a dip into the gorgeous waters of their cruising grounds for a refreshing cool down.

Other deck areas include a sundeck with a Jacuzzi forward, bar, covered dining area and ample lounging options. The opportunities for eating outdoors continue with a huge table on the bridge deck aft, while another show-stopper is the huge swimming pool on the main deck aft.
