We had lunch here today (Tuesday) at 12:30pm. I believe we were the only customers in the building when we arrived. We started ... with the Frozen Strawberry Margarita and a Moscow Mule. The drinks were very tasty, except the 2nd round of drinks. As picturedin the review, they served the 2nd Moscow Mule in a rusty / tarnished cup. It smelled of rusty copper and had a metallic taste.For an appetizer we had the Guacamole with chips. It was definitely lacking seasoning and flavor. For entrees we ordered theMaine Lobster Roll, Snapper Tacos, Coleslaw and Sea Salt Fries. They were out of the brioche bun, so they put the Lobster Rollon a burger bun. The Lobster Roll was also lacking flavor and the Snapper Tacos were just sitting in grease. Today was our 4thtime trying “The Yacht Club” and the 4th time we left disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful and has potential, but seemsthey need a new chef and management team. I unfortunately can’t recommend “The Yacht Club” as this is not the first,second or third time we have gave them another chance. Read more

Great location with good amount of parking. My wife and I had a good time. Food was well made. Found a bit odd that the server ... complained that it is “required” to tip at least 10% of the bill as a restaurant rule. This was despite my wife getting thewrong order. We had a great dining experience at The Yacht Club. The Manager and all the Staff are very accommodating, friendly and so ... helpful with our group. We had so much relaxing fun. So disappointed. Worst night out ever! My first Father’s Day dinner was ruin!! Upon arrival my family and I were greeted with, ... “we are currently out of French fries, lobster, Cesar salad and steak”. We decided to stay because we saw other things onthe menu we could order. Boy were we wrong. After placing a order for crab cakes, they came back and said they ran out. We thenordered mussels and calamari, which the waitress came back and told us they ran out of those too. We decided to order a burgersince the seafood restaurant we went to apparently ran out of seafood. After ordering the burger our waitress came back and said“ I’m so sorry to have to tell you this, but we are currently out of burger buns” she then went on to say “it’s beenlike this the whole day”. By the the way, the burger was is a frozen burger they pop on the grill. The sweet potato friesthey served with the burgers. I got the old batch and my girl had fresh sweet potato fries. Who is managing this restaurant? Notonce did a manager come over to any of the tables and said anything to anyone. After awhile i started to notice the frustrationin other customers faces. At the center of the C lies an atrium with floating stars and a lift without walls that allows seafarers to navigate decks in a novel fashion. Highlights of the living quarters include a duplex owner’s suite, a partially enclosed sea lounge that can be used at anchor or on the waves, a beach club with a sea-level dining area, and a private observation deck with an articulating crow’s nest. To top it off, C is outfitted with two infinity pools that match the hexagonal shape of the atrium and other seating areas.

C also shines on the technology front. She features a sleek hull and a fully electric propulsion system similar to sisterships Breathe and Savannah that renders her 30 percent more efficient than a typical 246-footer with dual shafts, propellers, and rudders, according to Feadship. Her streamlined underwater profile means less wake, too.

C will also be equipped with fuel cells and lithium-metal batteries that will together cover all power needs. (Feadship has also incorporated fuel cells on Project 821 .) Green methanol will be the fuel of choice due to its relatively high density and ease of use. Normal cruising speed on the fuel cells is 14 knots, while a top speed of 17 knots can be achieved by adding the battery power. In addition, two wave-actuated fins can generate enough grunt to cover one-third of the hotel load.

C will be fully unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show next week. The yacht is just a concept at this stage, but Feadship says she is completely buildable. Perhaps the yard will land a buyer at the show.
