You and your colleagues provided everything that we could have wished for in terms of catering, clothing, life vests and safety – thank you for going to such lengths to accommodate us and our requests.

Having been on sailing days before, it is without doubt the stand out experience, we were all so surprised at how much space there was – and how comfortable the amenities on-board the yacht were too. The crew, the racing, the rib rides,  – you and your team brought everything together in such a fashion that we simply have to book again for next year!

I cant thank you, Andy and the crew enough for firstly putting up with us and secondly for making it such a special weekend. The laughter was non stop and being at sea and in the pub with Andy and Cheryl was amazing fun. Both great company and good banter. All the lads enjoyed the experience and im sure most will be yachting again.

Andy and Rory managed the day and our group really well – probably not the easiest of tasks, and I’ve only positive feedback on both the guys and day itself.  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you guys for any future events  – although sadly I don’t think we’ll be booking again as soon as I would like to! 1. Stay at the Savoy hotel in London.

In our opinion, you can’t highlight UK luxurious experiences without visiting one of the area’s world-renowned hotels. Considering the Savoy’s stunning views of South London and the Thames River, it’s no wonder that this London hotel has remained one of the city’s most iconic properties.

Not only will the hotel rooms themselves envelop you in a blanket of old-world pampering, but upon walking through the lobby, you’ll be greeted with marbled floors and chandeliers hanging from the architecturally pleasing roofs. Instantly transporting guests back in time to the days when Marilyn Monroe used to visit the American bar and Sir Winston Churchill dined at the Savoy Grill.

For those of you who prefer more modern accommodations, you’ll be happy to know that the Savoy does a fantastic job of keeping up with the times, making their guests feel right at home with all of the amenities no matter where you’re traveling from.

From stunningly intricate hotels to dramatic mountain and coastline views, the English countryside is filled with plenty of ways to spend a decadent, cozy afternoon (may we suggest by an open fire with a warm drink in hand?)

Not to mention the towns that look like they came straight out of an old-time novel. Wandering through the quaint villages filled with local shops and beloved local pubs, you’ll quickly find yourself lost in the beautiful, lush English landscape.

If you have a hard time deciding where to go, the short answer is that from the Cotswolds’ to Berkshire, there are plenty of five-star spots to choose from for your next luxurious UK experience.

5. Enjoy a Meal at One of the incredible Michelin Starred Restaurants.

If your idea of luxury is spending an evening being wined and dined at one of the most highly-rated restaurants in the UK, you're in luck. Currently, a total of eight restaurants hold three Michelin stars throughout the United Kingdom.

So while you dine on his signature dishes, such as halibut with seaweed or 'sauté gourmand' of lobster, you'll also be able to view the glittering Table Lumiere, a private dining table surrounded by a curtain of twinkling lights.

6. Spend a Weekend at the Driftwood hotel in Cornwall.

We've seen a definitive boom of yacht-style cruise ships launching over the past few years, with cruise lines keen to capitalise on the burgeoning demand for a smaller, intimate cruising experience. No longer a holiday reserved for the rich and famous, on board these superyachts you can expect sleek interiors, limited guest numbers and the ability to dock where larger ships cannot for a more exclusive experience. These are some of the best luxury yacht cruises and cruise lines offering yachts and yacht-style cruise ships.

Scenic's stunning 228-guest Scenic Eclipse and just-launched sister ship Scenic Eclipse II are certainly more reminiscent of luxury superyachts than traditional cruise ships, with cool and contemporary décor on board.

This sits alongside gadgets like a helicopter, seven-seater submarine, fleet of zodiacs, kayaks, snorkelling and scuba diving gear that allow guests to immerse themselves among the likes of Antarctica and the Arctic, as well as classic warm-weather yachting destinations like the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

2. SeaDream Yacht Club

It's in the name! SeaDream Yacht Club aim to offer an intimate, yacht-like experience - in their own words, 'it's yachting, not cruising'. This is reflected in the al fresco and casual experience on offer, with an unpretentious style - don't expect flashy interiors - and service that is second to none.

These 100-guest ships are able to access the most exclusive yachting harbours and coves across the world, from St Barths to Positano, and on board, guests enjoy the likes of Balinese double sunbeds, movies under the stars and a marina at the back of the ship with kayaks, paddle boards, a slide, jetskis and Laser sailboats.

3. Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

The luxury Ritz-Carlton brand's first foray into cruising exceeded expectations with the first of their three yachts, Evrima, launched in October 2022. These superyacht-style cruises place an emphasis on cutting edge design, intimate spaces and lots of outdoor space, with just 149 luxurious suites, and offer voyages to the Mediterranean, Caribbean and beyond.

The Marina at the back of the ship offers direct access to the water, comfortable loungers, and extended wings to create even more outdoor space on what feels like your own personal superyacht. Ilma & Luminara, the second and third yachts from Ritz-Carlton, are set to join the fleet in 2024 and 2025 respectively, and are a little larger with 228 suites, all with private terrace.

4. Windstar's Star Breeze, Legend and Pride

Formerly the 'Yachts of Seabourn', these lovely little 312-guest ships offer a chance to live the yacht life, with relaxed and informal days, refined yet comfortable evenings and a friendly and welcoming crew, and a marina on the back to ensure you can enjoy the complimentary watersports when anchored in hidden bays and tiny coves.

These sociable ships have plenty of outdoor deck space, perfect for soaking up the sun in warmer destinations like the Caribbean and the Greek islands . A romantic outdoor restaurant on deck under the stars enhances the al fresco yacht feel, and guests can enjoy deck barbecues with music and entertainment.

All of Ponant's vessels offer an intimate experience but their Explorer ships , named after six of France's most famous explorers, have a real yacht-style feel, with just 92 all-balcony suites decked in a chic Scandi style, ample outdoor space and an state-of-the-art hydraulic marina at the back of the ships for easy boarding and zodiac embarkation.

The innovative Blue Eye Lounge is the spectacular centrepiece, with two oversized portholes reinforced with 18 layers of glass looking out into the deep blue sea on voyages around the world, from French Polynesia to the Norwegian Fjords.

6. Emerald Cruises

Emerald Azzurra is Emerald's first luxury yacht, with a striking profile and stylish decor, set to be joined by sister ship Emerald Sakara in 2023. The ships' intimate sizes allow you to explore smaller ports and hidden coves designed to cruise warm weather destinations such as the Dalmatian Coast and the Greek Islands.

These 100-guest small ships offer suites that almost all feature a private balcony, and itineraries have been designed to showcase smaller ports that the bigger ships can't reach, with facilities including a watersports marina, infinity pool and wellness area.

7. Four Seasons Yachts

The prestigious hotel brand Four Seasons is entering the cruise industry with Four Seasons Yachts and its first ship, Four Seasons I.

Setting sail at the start of 2026, the luxurious first yacht by Four Seasons will aim to showcase the same high-spec accommodation and exceptional service as the hotel chain in the 95 all-suite yacht, all with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces, with fabulous dining, an exquisite spa and one of the largest pools in the cruise industry.

8. Expedition ships: Silversea

Several expedition cruise lines now also offer their fair share of yacht-like ships, such as Silversea's 100-guest Silver Origin, which feels like an intimate yacht experience as you get to know like-minded guests while discovering the fascinating Galapagos region.

Offering a similar onboard experience in Antarctica, 200-guest Silver Endeavour features state-of-the-art technology that allows for access to some of the most remote locations of the globe in a yacht-like atmosphere.

9. Expedition ships: Seabourn

Seabourn's new 264-guest Venture and Pursuit both offer sleek, modern interiors, with all veranda, all ocean-front suites and stylish dining combined with a range of equipment to help you explore, from the polar regions to the Pacific Islands, including two custom-built six-person submarines, Zodiacs, double sea kayaks, mountain bikes and e-bikes.

The cosy Expedition Lounge is the heart of the ship, with craft cocktails from master mixologist Brian Van Flandern, while the outdoor Sky Bar has two whirlpools and fantastic views of your surroundings.

10. Expedition ships: Aqua Expeditions

Aqua Expeditions offer a truly boutique feel in their luxurious superyachts. 30-guest Aqua Blu is designed to explore the Indonesian archipelago; a former Royal Navy ship transformed into a superyacht designed to explore the fascinating islands of the Indonesian archipelago include the evocative Spice Islands, Komodo National Park, with its pink sand beaches and famous dragons, and the snorkelling and diving paradise of Raja Ampat.

Aqua also offer the first true superyacht in the Galapagos: the just-launched, bijou Aqua Mare, accommodating just 16 lucky guests. She is spacious for her size and offers an amazing 1:1 staff-to-guest ratio, with watersports equipment on board includes double kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear.

1. Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Regent Seven Seas Grandeur

Often dubbed the world’s most luxurious fleet, Regent Seven Seas Cruises offers stylish, ultra-luxury cruising, with complimentary shore excursions in over 550 destinations from Arabia to the South Pacific , carrying fewer than 750 guests on its six sumptuous ships, adorned with Picasso artworks, 40-foot tapestries, and bronze Bonsai Cherry Trees .

Onboard its newest ship , Regent Seven Seas Grandeur , you’ll find a $6 million art collection (including the first Fabergé egg at sea), 503 crystal chandeliers, unlimited high-speed WiFi, gourmet dining from modern French to Pan-Asian (serving more than 130 new dishes), specialist lectures from war history to winemaking and ancestry; a state-of-the-art cooking school, the Culinary Arts Kitchen; and a high-tech spa boasting a zero-gravity wellness massage on quartz crystal bed.

Its palatial $11,000-a-night Regent Suite is set across 4,443 square feet, overlooking the bow of the ship, with two lavish bedrooms (one with a four-poster bed), a marble-wrapped bathroom, a full-size dining room and living room with a personalized bar, three walk-in wardrobes, and a sweeping wraparound balcony with a heated whirlpool.

You’ll also receive daily canapés, access to The Study, a private dining room for up to 12 guests; a personal butler, and a personal car and guide to explore ashore.

2. Seabourn Cruise Line

Seabourn is a leader in small-ship ultra-luxury cruising, boasting an elegant fleet of six ships designed for suave travelers who demand the very best–bearing a private yacht-like atmosphere onboard with all ocean-front suites.

Service is at the heart of Seabourn with complimentary fine wines and premium spirits, mini-massages at the poolside, wine tastings, and fine dining from lobster to quail. While its shore excursions often include private access to historic sites when they’re closed to the general public, as well as sailings into secluded coves and champagne and caviar beach picnics.

The newest of Seabourn’s two purpose-built expedition ships– Seabourn Pursuit , was designed to reach some of the most coveted, remote destinations in the world, carrying just 264 guests with two custom-built submarines, 24 zodiacs, kayaks, and a 24-person expedition team.

Onboard, you can whiz up and down its ten passenger decks boasting an Expedition Lounge , eight dining venues, an infinity pool, and a Discovery Center hosting enthralling lectures–or retire to your Owner’s Suite, set across 1,023 square feet, with a private veranda, sweeping walk-in wardrobe, and a lavish bathroom with a deep soaking tub and plush robes.

At sunset, sip a glass of Montaudon or order gourmet in-room dining, served course by course.

3. Silversea Cruises

A pioneer in ultra-luxury cruising since 1994, Silversea Cruises offers exceptional service standards across its 12 a ll-suite ships, with 24-hour butler service, a Venetian Society loyalty program (earning complimentary 14-day sailings), and some of the highest space-to-guest ratios at sea.

Launched in 2024, its newest ship– Silver Ray –sails with 728 passengers, swanning across its 11 decks with a two-story Venetian Lounge hosting musical performances, film screenings, and guest lectures; a cozy 32-guest cocktail bar, The Shelter ; a sexy cigar lounge, The Connoisseur’s Corner, with floor-to-ceiling windows and Chesterfield armchairs; a panoramic 270-degree observation lounge, The Panorama Lounge; a culinary test kitchen S.A.L.T. Lab, and the Otium Spa inspired by Ancient Roman baths.

Guests staying in the one-bedroom Otium Suite will have 1,324 square feet of space to spread out across with a commodious living room, dining area, a decadent bathroom with its own whirlpool bath, walk-in wardrobes, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a vast veranda with a private hot tub.

4. Explora Journeys

A passion project by the Aponte family, Explora Journeys launched its first ship, EXPLORA I , in August 2023, offering 461 ‘ Homes at Sea.’ At the top of the tree, its Owner’s Residence is set across 3,000 square feet, bearing a private steam room and panoramic ocean-front terrace with a swirling whirlpool where your butler will service you a chilled glass of Dom Pérignon .

Onboard restaurants range from Mediterranean to Pan-Asian , plus a fine-dining restaurant , Anthology , curated by Franck Garanger , serving fine Italian regional dishes like Mediterranean seabass with Arabica coffee and scallop cannelloni with black truffle.

You’ll also find four heated swimming pools, a spacious thermal area, 64 private cabanas, two VIP double spa suites, a Technogym fitness area, Luminaries –hosting expert-led talks, and the first Rolex at Sea boutique.

Sustainability is a focus area for Explora Journeys , and from EXPLORA III onwards, it will use LNG fuel, allowing engines to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 25%.

5. Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours

With a focus on exclusive experiences from private concerts to gourmet feasts and after-hours access to historical sites, Scenic offers six-star cruising using ground-breaking technology to access some of the most remote environments in the world, from Vanuatu to Snow Hill Island –while protecting the wildlife’s natural habitat and sensitive underwater ecosystems

While cruising with Scenic , you can make use of state-of-the-art helicopters, next-generation submersibles for eight passengers (diving up to 200 meters below sea level), and 20-member expedition teams made up of naturalists, marine biologists, and glaciologists.

Its ultra-luxury yacht Scenic Eclipse II launched in 2023 with a maximum of just 228 guests–bearing 114 luxury suites, a Senses Spa , and a Sky Deck boasting a Vitality pool, private cabanas, and a Sky Bar .

Stay in its Owner’s Penthouse Suite stretching across 1,990 square feet with a sweeping 110 square foot terrace, adorned with sun loungers and a private Jacuzzi; a therapeutic spa bath, dual steam showers, a personalized mini-bar, and a Spa Day Bed transforming for in-suite spa treatments where you can indulge in hot stone massages and eye lift facials as you sail by Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands .
